Privacy Collection Notice
Marmalade Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 56 637 723 196) is collecting your personal information including your name, address, contact details, bank account details, telephone numbers, email address and information about the products and services you acquire (including invoices you receive in relation to such products and services, and the payments made in relation to such invoices) for the purposes of:
- managing and receipting payments of any invoice owed by you to a Marmalade customer (payment-matching);
- collecting payment under any cash-in arrangement that may arise between us and a Marmalade customer you have engaged with and owe outstanding amounts to; and
- contacting you in relation to the above.
The personal information we collect also includes certain credit information and credit eligibility information. See our Credit Reporting Policy for more information.
We may collect personal information directly from you, such as when you visit our website, or otherwise contact and correspond with us (e.g. over the phone, via email or in person), or pay payment to our account. Where we have taken reasonable steps to ensure you have been made aware that we may collect your personal information from a relevant third party, we may also collect personal information from third parties, including Marmalade customers with whom you have engaged.
If you do not provide us with the personal information we have requested, we may not be able to provide our services, programs, and assistance to Marmalade customers or process your payment of a Marmalade Customer’s invoice.
We may disclose your personal information to our related companies, contractors providing services to us and to other third party service providers (including Brontech) to overseas recipients. Some of these third parties may be located or store information overseas such that your personal information may be disclosed to entities in countries including the United States, Singapore, New Zealand and countries in the EU.
We may also disclose your credit information or credit eligibility information to the following credit reporting bodies:

Our Credit Reporting Policy contains information about:
- how you may access the credit eligibility information we hold about you;
- how you may seek to correct credit information or credit eligibility information we hold about you; and
- how you may complain if you think we have not complied with Division 3 of Part IIIA of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or the Credit Reporting Code if it binds us, and how we will deal with such a complaint.
Under our Credit Reporting Policy, we may disclose Personal Information outside of the jurisdiction from which it was collected. In the conduct of our business, we and/or our service providers (including Brontech) may transfer to, hold or access Personal Information outside Australia from various countries, including New Zealand. The Privacy Laws of those countries may not provide the same level of protection as the Privacy Laws of the country from which the Personal Information was collected. However, this does not change our commitment to safeguard your privacy and we will comply with all applicable laws relating to the cross-border data disclosure. This statement has information about credit reporting, including the credit reporting bodies to which we are likely to disclose your credit information, their names and contact details, what credit reporting bodies may use your information for, how you may obtain our Credit Reporting Policy as well as your rights to request credit reporting bodies not to use or disclose your credit reporting information in some circumstances.
